At Homely & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be accepted for return.

To start a return, please contact us at support@ecomhomelyco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer support team will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@ecomhomelyco.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem. We will review your case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations

Late or Missing Refunds
